Naturally, as a new customer, we expect you to have a lot of questions as well. We will answer any questions you may have for us. If you need a certain service, let us know. We offer a variety of services and not all of our services are advertised.

Similarly, we will get to know your business so we can explore the best options for your business. We will then pick a base plan that makes more sense for your business. Finally, we will modify the base plan to add or remove additional services for your business so you can get the most of your subscription.

Powerful Analytics and Decision Support System

Based on the information you provide about your business, our AI-backed analytics tool will suggest what’s the best subscription plan for you. Our recommendation will be based on sales volume, business goals, history, future demand forecast, and overall allotted budget. Of course, it’s up to you to decide but generally speaking, the system recommendation usually yields the most value for businesses.

Our decision support system will then analyze the best shipping options (method and carrier) and propose the most cost-effective shipping option. Finally, we will do a final walkthrough to make sure additional add-ons and other subscription needs have been addressed.

Dedicated Account Manager

All customers at Boxflint have their dedicated resources. Two account managers will be assigned to your account and no matter what the issue is, they will be your point of contact person. This helps create a mutual understanding and rapport. It also helps us troubleshoot and resolve problems faster. Our customers love their dedicated account managers.

Having dedicated resources will reduce the need for you to call the helpdesk and be on hold. Free Return Processing
